DYLAN MOGANATHAS

biography

Dylan Moganathas was born at Westmead Hospital on the 4th of February 2009. He did primary at Darcy Road Public school and currently studying year9 at Northmead Creative and Performing Arts High School. Dylan started playing cricket at the age of 10 for Wenty Leagues. His team has won 2 premierships in Under 12 and 13 teams and was a grand finalist last year in under 15. As a result of their consistent performance, this year they have moved up to Division 1. Dylan is a left-arm medium-pace bowler and lower-order hard-hitting batsman.

Apart from cricket, Dylan loves playing Xbox and spending time with his friends. He is the son of Narandran and Thusajine Moganathas. His father is in the telecommunication profession and mother in finance. His father played cricket for a few clubs and has been playing for the Wenty Leagues for the past 5 years. Like Dylan, he has won a few premierships.

Dylan is looking forward to playing cricket in Sri Lanka, where his parents were born, and showcasing a good all-round performance while gaining valuable overseas experience in his favourite game.
