Rohan Pradeeparaj, born on January 31st, 2012 in Westmead, is currently a Year 6 student at Strathfield South Public School. His journey into the world of cricket began at the young age of 6 when he made his debut for Wenty Leagues in the 2018/19 season. Rohan has consistently represented Wenty Leagues for the past five seasons, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to the sport.
Over the years, Rohan has honed his skills and evolved into a promising all-rounder, securing a coveted position as an elegant top-order batsman and a reliable right-arm medium-paced bowler. His initiation into representative cricket occurred during the 2022/23 season when he represented Parramatta District’s Under 11, Division 2 team. The pinnacle of his representative season was an impressive five-wicket haul against a formidable Manly Warringah side.
Beyond the boundaries of the cricket field, Rohan plays a significant role as a member of the leadership team at his school, where he proudly fulfills the role of a prefect. This designation stands as a testament to his exceptional character and capacity to inspire his peers, both on and off the field.
Rohan also shares an avid passion for the game of soccer, which has seen him represent the Strathfield Strikers since age 5, highlighting his dedication to sports other than cricket. Away from the sporting field, Rohan has an avid interest in the realm of science and technology, keeping up with the most recent developments and trends in the world of tech. In his spare time, Rohan enjoys going for bike rides and playing games with his adored little sister, Remyra. Rohan eagerly awaits the opportunity to play cricket in Sri Lanka.
